Lita Cabellut exceptionally pours her visual dialectic into "Ver(de) mar de ver(de) tierra" to bring us closer to those men and women who have guarded Mother Earth and who, generation after generation, have managed to transform the greatness of the cultivation and the magnitude of the soul of Jaén into what it offers today. In the eyes of the characters portrayed by Lita Cabellut you can make out that sea of olive trees that defines the territory and memory, a green ocean that her pupils reflect with pride and melancholy, as if they contained in their gaze the millenary history of a land that, once again, becomes art. Lita Cabellut vuelca de manera excepcional, en “Ver(de) mar de ver(de) tierra”, su dialéctica plástica para aproximarnos a los esos hombres y mujeres que han custodiado la madre tierra y que, generación tras generación, han conseguido que la grandeza del cultivo y la magnitud del alma de Jaén puedan transformarse en lo que hoy ofrece. Su visión amplia y contemporánea, sin fronteras, es capaz de realizar una lectura transversal del medio y sus habitantes; su significativo recorrido vital hace que pueda llegar desde la universalidad a la particularidad de esta tierra.

El arte de Lita Cabellut se convierte así en un puente entre el patrimonio humano y el artístico, una vía por la cual se perpetúa la memoria y se reinterpreta la identidad de un pueblo. La dureza de la tierra no ha hecho sino templar su espíritu y fortalecer sus vínculos comunitarios. Y es que el clima, seco y luminoso, de cielos limpios y horizontes amplios, ha moldeado también el carácter de sus gentes: resilientes, hospitalarias, abiertas al mundo, pero profundamente enraizadas. Esta climatología, que podría parecer hostil, ha sido también cuna de una belleza sobria y serena, donde el paisaje dialoga con el alma. Así, se forja una provincia rica en contrastes, extensa en sus llanuras y apacible en su tempo vital. En los ojos de los personajes retratados por Lita Cabellut se adivina ese mar de olivos que define el territorio y la memoria, un océano verde que sus pupilas reflejan con orgullo y melancolía, como si contuvieran en su mirada la historia milenaria de una tierra que, una vez más, se convierte en arte.
